The Chefs' Organic Vanilla
At the 2022 Culinary Festival of Bernard Loiseau, organized by the Constance Hotels Group, we had the honor of being introduced to the starred French Chefs and other international pastry chefs.
We had the opportunity to present our vanilla to Chefs Pierre HermΓ©, FrΓ©dΓ©ric Cassel, Serge Vieira, Davy Tissot, and to the grande dame of French pastry, Mme Mercotte.
Their words of encouragement and support reaffirmed our commitment to cultivating exceptional vanilla.
Chefs StΓ©phane Labastide and Nicolas Durousseau of the Constance Mauritius group also support us and use our vanilla in their pastry creations.
Among our local clients, we count the restaurant Wapalapam, the shops Zardin Papou, and the bakery La Boulangerie la Kaz Γ Pain.

Pastry Chef Marie Meunier from the LUX* Grand Baie hotel was the first to place her trust in us.
She visited our vanilla plantation and was impressed by the quality of our work. Our unique vanilla won her over, and for several years now, Chef Meunier has been using our vanilla in her pastry creations.
Chef Meunier's signature dessert is the "Vanilla Shell."
We are grateful to her for giving us the opportunity to demonstrate that we possess the art and expertise required to produce an exceptional vanilla.
